All of our work is done to meet or exceed the manufacture's safety standards

Auto Glass manufacturer warranty against distortions or imperfections applies for 30 days from installation.
We will guarantee against any manufacturer's defects, and wind noise or leakage.
Windshield Surgeons will guarantee against leakage due to installation of any auto glass part supplied and installed by Windshield Surgeons staff for the lifetime of your vehicle
Except where damage has occurred due to vandalism, accidents, theft, incidental wear and tear (i.e. rock chips) or vehicle body deterioration (rust).

Carefully prepare your car before we begin working
Clean the original urethane adhesive off the metal frame of the vehicle
Apply a primer on the freshly cleaned metal
Run a “bead” of the heated urethane adhesive on the primer.
The installation time usually from start to finish is approximately 1.5 hours, with some exceptions.

In the rare event that a crack develops from the point where we performed our repair process you have our 3 choice rock chip repair guarantee: 
Choice #1- We will refund 100% of your money.
Choice #2- We will repair the damaged area again for you, with the same guarantee applying. 
Choice #3- We will apply the cost of your original repair to our best price fleet account pricing on a new replacement windshield.

We use a special drill to access the damage area
Inject high strength resin to seal and close damage area
Solidify and set the resin under special ultra violet lighting
Clean off the repaired Windshield and you are on your way!
With your windshield now safe and secure as though it were new again! Guaranteed not to crack from the point we repaired.
