The installer is primarily concerned with
installing auto glass parts in an efficient and careful manner.

| Production Manager: |
This position is primarily concerned with the number of jobs, the
quality of the work that is produced by installers, supporting
installers and helping them to accomplish their job. Production Managers
order parts, order supplies, supervise getting work to and from the
store, schedule shifts, create policies and procedures, and do
individual installs.

| Senior Manager: |
The senior manager title can be either the service advisor or
production manager position. This position is primarily concerned with
the overall performance of the store, its basic functions, to lead and
find required personnel to perform at optimum levels of efficiency.
Focus on company growth.

| Service Advisor: |
The Service Advisor is primarily concerned with customer service in
two areas: retail and account. This position operates wit the intent to
cultivate UPSALES, LEADS and REFERALS, to create new business and
maintain existing clients.

| Support Staff: |
Support staff are primarily concerned with the support of the
installation in each store as well as learning the trade. |
|
Call Center
| Agent: |
Call Center Sales Agents are responsible for
answering phone and email inquiries from customers, our shops, and the
warehouse. Their primary focus lies in talking with customers who are
looking to have auto glass work done on their vehicles, providing the
customer with a price, and ultimately booking the customer in.

| Manager: |
To see to the productivity and ultimately the profitability of the
Call Center’s different sales and customer service channels (incoming
calls, web, live chat) |
|
Warehouse
| Driver: |
The primary role of the driver is to locate,
pick, clean and transport glass between Windshield Surgeons locations
and other clients.
|
| Manager: |
This position is primarily concerned with ensuring that all
customers receive the correct parts requested within the designated time
and that the warehouse staff has adequate direction to maintain the
appropriate stock delivery in an efficient manner.
|
| Order Desk: |
This position is primarily concerned with ensuring that all
customers receive the correct parts requested within the designated
time. The candidate should possess skills such as accuracy, basic
computing skills and the ability to work quickly. |
